Pictures of us. . .then & now

Today, I decided to work on my blog a little bit (and procrastinate!), by uploading some pictures (some I just discovered, some I already knew about)~~~

First: when my Erik was 19, he posed with his friends Jon Miller (blond) & David Jurado in 1991 during David's graduation, and it was posted on Jon's facebook (he's the one that took the pics). I realized that not only has my Erik not changed all that much, but also that his hair (which he says is an imitation of Richard Marx), was absolutely ADORABLE!! He's the one on the right in the black shirt.
Golly, he was SO thin, I figure a puff of smoke would have blown him away, looking at this picture :) But that's the man I first met & fell in love with a mere 8 years later! Happy Father's Day, my Erik!! I love you so much!!!










Second: Facebook has this application called Sketch Me, which sketches your current profile photo, and I thought it was really neat, so I made a sketch of myself, and it didn't turn out too bad!


Third: This is me now, reading Mars (a Manga series put out by Tokyopop), wearing a hat I purchased from Lisa of Berkshire Hostess Hats on Etsy.com---Please check out her shop, because she's the absolute BEST!!




I also had her custom make another messenger bag for me, from her handmade messenger bag & apron shop, made of navy corduroy & Asian patchwork colours, which is absolutely beautiful! Both shops are fabulous :)

Before I close, I need to add one very important thing:

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY, DAD!!! I miss you & love you very much :)
